At this moment, I am in the process of reducing my loan… most of my income is use to pay off the credit card (especially) and all other loan…
In term of my credit status, my credit is not good now. I am not sure if all the bank have blacklisted me, but sometimes there are not much that I can do…
Based on the current trend, I will able to pay off loans from 4 bank within this 3 years. Once I pay off the loan, I will concentrate myself to building back my credit… hopefully within this 5 years I will be more stable ecomonically.
Some may ask why I didn’t restucture my loan and make it longer. Well, I am thinking of restart my life… maybe not up to from point zero, but hopefully not very far from it… I said not from the point zero because there are home loan that I need to pay and the term is 30 years… so, definitely I will not able to start from fresh…
Having said that, I am happy at the moment… I may not have money to do impulse spending, but my life still go on… if you cut you credit card and left with only small amount of money every month for spending… you will be amaze that you still can survive… and you still live well… you still can be happy!
There are few personal finance program that I intent to join once I am free of few of my dept… and at that point of time, I think the energy is toward how to build more wealth and not how to go out from this financial crisis hole!..
